Refund policy

StageTime (stagetime.live) is run by Roberts Digital Creations, Ohio, USA. This policy covers payments made through our Stripe checkout links.

Featured show listings ($19)

• Full refund if we reject your listing, if we can't run it, or if you ask before it goes live.
• Once live: if your listing isn't shown for some of its 7 days because of our error, we refund those days pro rata.

Tips

Tips are voluntary and non-refundable, except for accidental or duplicate charges. Email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@stagetime.live with the email address you used at checkout and the date of the charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.
